All purchases from the Tripawds Gear blog indicate your understanding and acceptance of the following manufacturer’s shipping, warranty and return policies. Please contact Tripawds with any questions and/or to receive a Return Authorization number before returning a product.

NOTE: All orders are processed Monday through Friday, no items will ship on Saturday or Sunday. All EzyDog and AST orders must be received by 9:00 a.m. PST to be processed the same day. Ruffwear orders placed before 12:00 Noon PST will ship the next business day, with orders place after 12:00 Noon shipping in 2 business days. No Ruffwear products ship the same day. Delivery times vary depending on manufacturer and shipping method selected. All purchases confirm your consent to the Tripawds Privacy Policy and acceptance of each manufacturer’s shipping and return policies below.


Animal Suspension Technology (AST) Shipping and Return Policies

AST Shipping Instructions:

  • AST Ships all orders from Washington state via US Postal Service Mail only. Purchase price includes USPS Priority Mail shipping within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Orders arrive in 2-3 days for most locations.
  • Want it sooner? Choose US Mail Express Shipping: 2 days to most locations worldwide for an additional cost (see above “Special Delivery” option). Expedited shipping fees are nonrefundable.
  • Express orders must be received before 6:00am PST (M-F) to be processed the the same day.

Please Note: Additional shipping fees will apply for International shipments. Estimate to be provided upon receipt of order. Please contact us with complete delivery address prior to purchase for accurate shipping costs.

Warranty/Guarantee: AST guarantees against material defects and workmanship for one year from time of purchase. This warranty does not include chewing or abuse.

AST Return Instructions:

  • No Returns, No Exceptions.
  • Due to the high costs associated with manufacturing this quality product in the U.S.A., AST is not able to offer any refunds for opened packages.


Ruffwear Shipping and Return Policies

Ruffwear Shipping Instructions:

  • All orders must be received before 12:00 Noon PST (M-F) to ship the next business day.
  • Orders received after 12:00 Noon PST will ship in 2 business days.
  • Purchase prices include USPS Priority Mail from Oregon to anywhere in the continental U.S. via ground delivery, usually within 3-5 days.
    • Want your order sooner? Choose FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Express shipping at checkout. Expedited shipping fees are nonrefundable.
  • If choosing FedEx Express, No P.O. Boxes and No Military Addresses.
  • Sorry, no international orders – Ruffwear does not ship Tripawds orders outside the U.S. Please shop for Ruffwear products on Amazon UK or Amazon Canada.
  • Please include your phone number at checkout.

Warranty/Guarantee: Ruffwear guarantees against material defects and workmanship for one year from time of purchase. This warranty does not include chewing or abuse.

Ruffwear Return Instructions:

  • Please contact Tripawds for a Return Authorization (RA) number and delivery instructions. Tripawds must be notified of any return to receive credit.
  • Only items returned within 30 days may receive credit.
  • Original shipping & handling costs included in the purchase price are non-refundable and a $10 re-stocking fee may be deducted from returned merchandise if return conditions are not followed.
  • Ruffwear does not do exchanges. A replacement harness may be ordered here at any time during the return process.
  • Ground shipping cost of your returned item is refundable if you order a replacement item from Tripawds. If you don’t order a replacement, only cost of item can be credited.
  • All returned harnesses must be completely clean, and odorless and returned in as close to new condition as possible. We will be unable to issue credit for harnesses that appear used, dirty or smelly. Harnesses in this condition will be donated to an animal rescue group and no credit will be issued.
  • When Ruffwear approves your return, we will process your credit and notify you via Paypal, our card processor.
  • Returned items must be in new, clean, resalable condition with all packaging and tags intact to receive credit.
  • Customers may be assessed repackaging fees and cleaning fees based on the condition of the product. Items are only eligible for a refund if they are in resalable condition.
  • Damage due to dog chewing is not covered.
  • Return shipping costs of item are the responsibility of the customer. Insure your package and send tracking to us or we cannot issue credit.
  • Included original shipping costs and any additional rush delivery fees are not refundable.


EzyDog Shipping and Return Policies

  • The purchase price of the Tripawds Convert Harness by EzyDog includes USPS Priority Mail from Idaho to US locations (including Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Orders must be received by 8:00 a.m. PST to ship the same day.
  • Canadian Customers: EzyDog uses DHL delivery for orders going to Canada, for an additional $35 USD – required for all Canadian orders.  This is a 2-5 day service. We are not responsible for delayed delivery due to Customs clearance. Receiver is responsible for any additional Duties, Fees or Taxes that may be incurred with Canadian Shipments.
  • International customers: Sorry, we only ship to US and Canada for this product. Visit EzyDog.com to find a distributor in your country.

Farabloc Shipping and Return Policies

All Farabloc products ship via International postal service delivery from British Columbia, Canada. Expedited shipping is not available for these items.

Most orders to the U.S are delivered within about a week, but customs could delay delivery by a few days. Please be patient and if you don’t receive it within 10 business days please let us know.

Returns are not allowed for this product.

Due to the nature of holistic products that can have varying results with different patients, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of Farabloc with any animal (or human). Holistic therapies that work on some patients may not work on others. We are confident you will find Farabloc works, but please consider your purchase carefully as we cannot allow returns for this product.


FitPAWS Shipping and Return Policies

  • The purchase price of FitPAWS® gear includes UPS Ground service from Colorado to U.S. locations (including Alaska and Hawaii). Expedited shipping is not available for these products.
  • NOTE: Additional freight charges may be required for certain FitPAWS products shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote/rural addresses. In such cases, customers will be notified of additional cost prior to delivery.
  • Orders must be received by 8:00 a.m. PST to ship the same day.
  • International customers: Sorry, we only ship to US states for this product. Visit FitPAWS to find a distributor in your country.

Warranty/Guarantee: FitPAWS products are guaranteed to be the highest quality available. However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with any FitPAWS product, we’ll replace it or refund your money within 30 days of the date of purchase. Replacement or refund are the only remedies for returned product. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us with your refund reason and order number for return shipping instructions.
