Please note that a physical shipping address must be provided for all deliveries, no PO boxes. Ruff Wear only ships to U.S. addresses. A signature upon delivery is also required for all expedited shipments.

Animal Suspension Technology (AST) Return Policies
AST Ships all orders vis US Postal Service only:
- US Mail Priority Shipping: 2 – 3 days to most locations
- US Mail Express Shipping: 1 – 2 days to most locations

No Get a Grip harness returns shall be accepted without prior authorization. If your pet no longer needs the harness at the time of delivery, please notify us immediately and return the Harness to us for a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) minus a restocking fee of $35.00.
Returned Harnesses must be received in new condition within 5 working days of delivery. Buyer pays all shipping charges. Harnesses that have been put on a dog cannot be returned. There are no exceptions. Please contact Tripawds with your order confirmation number for return authorization.
Ruff Wear Shipping and Return Policies
Ruff Wear Shipping Information:
- Purchase prices include shipping to anywhere in the continental U.S. via ground delivery.
- PLEASE NOTE: No P.O. Boxes and No Military Addresses! Ruff Wear requires a physical delivery address.
- No international orders – Ruff Wear does not ship orders outside the U.S.
- Please Note: Additional shipping fees will apply for Alaska, Hawaii. Estimate to be provided upon receipt of order. Please contact us with complete delivery address prior to purchase for accurate shipping costs.
- Please provide your phone number upon checkout! It is required for prompt delivery.
Ruff Wear Products Refund/Exchange Information:
- Only items returned within 30 days may receive credit.
- Ruff Wear does not do direct product exchanges. A replacement harness may be ordered here at any time during the return process.
- Refunds are given via PayPal only. Only cost of item can be credited. Original shipping & handling costs are non-refundable and a $5 re-stocking fee will also be deducted from all returned merchandise. Return shipping costs of item are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please contact Tripawds for a Return Authorization (RA) number and delivery instructions. As soon as the harness is verified as received at Ruff Wear, we will process your credit or exchange and notify you.
- Packages must be insured when shipped, and a shipper’s tracking number must be provided to us via email. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges without a tracking number. All returns must be freight prepaid; no C.O.D. deliveries.
- Returned items must be in new, resalable condition with all packaging intact to receive full credit. If any of these conditions is not met, a restocking fee may be assessed.
- Please write the following information on the outer packaging, as well as in your enclosed note: RA #XXXXX; Customer: Job # XXX-XXXX Tripawds; name; return address; and daytime phone number. List Item(s) to be credited.

FitPAWS Shipping:
Orders placed for any FitPAWS items will be processed within 24 hours and usually ship out within two business days.

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance. All FitPAWS products are backed by a 30-day guarantee. If you are unhappy with your item, return it in resaleable, clean and undamaged condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Premier Pet Products Shipping and Return Policies
Premier Shipping Information:
Orders placed for any Premier Pet Products items will be processed within 48 hours and usually ship out within 72 hours (business days only). All shipments from Premier are delivered via FedEx Ground and no expedited shipping upgrade is available.
