All purchases from the Tripawds Gear blog indicate your understanding and acceptance of the following manufacturer’s shipping, warranty and return policies. Please contact Tripawds with any questions and/or to receive a Return Authorization number before returning a product.

Additional Shipping Charges

Use this Special Delivery payment option for submitting any extra shipping charges required for Alaska, Hawaii, and all International orders when directed to do so via email from Tripawds. Or, provide complete delivery address to request shipping estimate prior to purchase.

 

Animal Suspension Technology (AST) Shipping and Return Policies

AST Shipping Instructions:

  • AST Ships all orders from Washington state via US Postal Service Mail only. Purchase price includes USPS Priority Mail shipping within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Orders arrive in 2-3 days for most locations.
  • Want it sooner? Choose US Mail Express Shipping: 2 days to most locations worldwide for an additional cost (see above “Special Delivery” option).
  • Express orders must be received before 6:00am PST (M-F) to be processed the the same day.

Please Note: Additional shipping fees will apply for International shipments. Estimate to be provided upon receipt of order. Please contact us with complete delivery address prior to purchase for accurate shipping costs.

Warranty/Guarantee: AST guarantees against material defects and workmanship for one year from time of purchase. This warranty does not include chewing or abuse.

AST Return Instructions:

  • Please contact Tripawds for a Return Authorization (RA) number and delivery instructions.
  • No AST harness returns will be accepted without prior authorization. If your pet no longer needs the harness at the time of delivery, notify us immediately.
  • Returned Harnesses must be returned in new condition within 10 working days of delivery. A $30 restocking fee may be assessed if harness are returned with dog hair, stains or in otherwise non-resaleable condition. Harnesses that have been put on a dog cannot be returned. There are no exceptions.

Ruffwear Shipping and Return Policies

Ruffwear Shipping Instructions:

  • Purchase prices include SmartPost shipping from Oregon to anywhere in the continental U.S. via ground delivery.
    • SmartPost is cheap but slow. It takes anywhere from 1 to 10 days.
    • Want your order sooner? Choose FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Express shipping at checkout.
  • If choosing FedEx Express, No P.O. Boxes and No Military Addresses.
  • Express orders must be received before 6:00am PST (M-F) to be processed the the same day.
  • Sorry, no international orders – Ruff Wear does not ship orders outside the U.S.
  • Additional shipping fees will apply for Alaska, Hawaii. Estimate to be provided upon receipt of order. Please contact us with complete delivery address prior to purchase for accurate shipping costs.
  • Include your phone number at checkout.

Ruffwear Return Instructions:

  • Please contact Tripawds for a Return Authorization (RA) number and delivery instructions.
  • Only items returned within 30 days may receive credit.
  • Insure your package and send tracking to us. C.O.D. deliveries are not allowed.
  • Ruffwear does not do exchanges. A replacement harness may be ordered here at any time during the return process.
  • No cash refunds. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Ground shipping cost of your returned item is refundable if you order a replacement item from Tripawds. If you don’t order a replacement, only cost of item can be credited.
  • All returned harnesses must be completely clean, and odorless and returned in as close to new condition as possible. We will be unable to issue credit for harnesses that appear used, dirty or smelly. Harnesses in this condition will be donated to an animal rescue group and no credit will be issued. There is a $5.00 re-stocking fee on all returned Ruffwear products.
  • When Ruffwear approves your return, we will process your credit and notify you via Paypal, our card processor.

EzyDog Shipping and Return Policies

  • The purchase price of the Tripawds Convert Harness by EzyDog includes USPS Priority Mail shipping from Idaho to US locations (including Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Want it sooner? USPS Express Mail is an additional $29. This is a 2 Day Service. Orders must be received by 6:00 a.m. PST to ship the same day.
  • Canadian Customers: EzyDog uses U.S. Priority International Mail for orders going to Canada, for an additional $37 USD.  This is a 6-10 day service.  We are not responsible for any additional Duties, Fees or Taxes that may be incurred with Canadian Shipments.
  • International customers: Sorry, only ship to US and Canada for this product. Visit EzyDog.com to find a distributor in your country.

  • Please contact Tripawds for a Return Authorization (RA) number and delivery instructions.
  • All returned harnesses must be completely clean, and odorless and returned in as close to new condition as possible.  We will be unable to issue credit for harnesses that appear used, dirty or smelly. Harnesses in this condition will be donated to an animal rescue group and no credit will be issued. There is a $15.00 re-stocking fee on all returned EzyDog harnesses.

FitPAWS SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES

FitPAWS Shipping Instructions:

  • Orders placed for any FitPAWS items will be processed within 24 hours and usually ship out within two business days.
  • Purchase prices include UPS ground shipping from Colorado to anywhere in the continental United States. No P.O. Boxes and No Military Addresses, physical delivery addresses are required.
  • Additional shipping fees will apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canadian shipments. Estimate to be provided upon receipt of order. Please contact us with complete delivery address prior to purchase for accurate shipping costs.
  • Please provide your phone number at checkout.

FitPAWS Warranty: All FitPAWS products are backed by a 30-day guarantee. If you are unhappy with your item, return it in resaleable, clean and undamaged condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange. This warranty excludes dog chewing or improper use of item(s).

FitPAWS Returns Instructions.

  • Please contact Tripawds for a Return Authorization (RA) number and delivery instructions.
  • Only items returned within 30 days may receive credit.
  • No cash refunds. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Packages must be insured when shipped, and a shipper’s tracking number must be provided to us via email. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges without a tracking number. All returns must be freight prepaid; no C.O.D. deliveries.
  • Ground shipping cost of your returned item is refundable if you order a replacement item from Tripawds. If you don’t order a replacement, only cost of item can be credited.
  • All returned items must be completely clean, and odorless and returned in as close to new condition as possible.
  • When Ball Dyanmics (makers of FitPAWS) approves the item for return credit, we will process your credit and notify you.

Farabloc

All Farabloc products ship via International postal service delivery from British Columbia, Canada. Expedited shipping is not available for these items.

Returns are not allowed for this product.
